Hampta Pass Trek

Monsoon Treks

This beautiful trekking spot is from Himachal Pradesh in the north of India with an altitude of about 14010 feet. It is an ideal trick for both beginners as well as professional ones because the Hampta Pass looks heavenly during the monsoon seasons. The specialty of the same place is that it can take you through a beautiful lush green land into very barren land. The Kullu Valley would be filled with a lot of Apple trees and pine forest, rushing streams, and gushing waterfalls and as you go uphill you could witness Spiti valley, a land which is covered with brown and grey footprints on barren land with rugged terrain and also with vertical rock walls. This is the same place where one gets to witness the wonderful Chandra Taal lake which is always filled during the monsoon season with crystal clear water. This is one of the famous lakes that change its color all through the day. It would look like a little tough one to trek during the monsoon season but the experience and the wonders of the land would make it all worth it. It takes almost 5 days to complete the Hampta Pass trek.

Tarsar Marsar Trek

This moderate trekking spot is in the valley of Aru in the Jammu and Kashmir region. This place is said to be the prettiest trekking spot, a title which is not easily given to any beautiful trekking spot especially when it has Kashmir great lakes, the sister trek just on the way. It takes almost seven days to complete this trekking experience. There are alpine lakes that have their own life in the Tarsar Marsar Trek. This place is said to be a paradise to the photographers and is really a picturesque place. Each day this place has different surprises for the trekkers, if one day they have lakes that are beautifully decorated with snow here and there, the very next day they will have fresh water flowing on a rhythmic term of their own.

Kashmir Great Lakes Trek

This moderately difficult trek is located as the name suggests in the Kashmir region in the north of India with an altitude of 13750 feet. It takes almost eight days to complete this trekking experience. When it comes to the topic of trekking at a higher altitude, it’s obvious to witness one or at maximum 2 alpine lakes. But in the case of trekking to the Kashmir Great Lakes, it is different where each day of the trek takes you through 7 alpine lakes on a daily basis which is unique in their own way and very beautiful too. The best time to visit this place is during the monsoon as you get to see a lot of beautiful meadows in fresh green which is decorated even beautifully by colorful flowers. The other special highlights are said to be those of the attraction that the plains from the Satsar as well as the maple trees take from the trekkers.

Beas Kund Trek

This popular trekking spot is very close to Manali in Himachal Pradesh in the north of India with an altitude of 12770 feet. It is said that this is a popular trekking spot as it has some of the grand peaks like the Hanuman Tibba, the Seven Sisters peak, Friendship Peak, and also the Shitidar peak on the sides of the trekking to the top of these mountain ranges. Trekkers describe this place to be an amphitheater of the large mountainscape. Hardcore trekkers and mountaineers get to witness these kinds of mountains peaks only after a long and rigorous climb to the top but here you get to witness these peaks in a span of just 4 to 5 days. It is said that it is a moderate trekking experience but during the season of monsoon it will be a little difficult but the view is much more amazing than we expect. Trekkers could also witness Deo Tibba and Mount Indrasen and other mountain peaks from the Pir Panjal range if it does not rain.
